1. Monthly Membership:   

1.1. Payment: By subscribing to the Monthly Membership plan, you agree to pay the specified monthly fee, which will be automatically charged to your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.   

1.2. Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle starts on the date you subscribe and will continue on the same date of each subsequent month.   

1.3. Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your Monthly Membership at any time. Cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for the following month. No refunds will be provided for partial months.   

1.4. Prorated Charges: In case of an upgrade or downgrade to a different membership plan within the same billing cycle, prorated charges may apply. Any changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

2. Annual Membership:   

2.1. Payment: By subscribing to the Annual Membership plan, you agree to pay the specified annual fee upfront, which covers twelve months of access to Dope Legacy Academy.   

2.2. Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle starts on the date you subscribe and will continue on the same date of each subsequent year.   

2.3. Auto-Renewal: At the end of each annual term, your membership will automatically renew for another year, and the applicable annual fee will be charged to your selected payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.   

2.4. Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your Annual Membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and the membership will not be renewed for the following year. No refunds will be provided for the remaining unused months of the current billing cycle.   

2.5. Prorated Refunds: In case of cancellation within the first 30 days of the annual term, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months of the membership. After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be provided for the remaining unused months.

3.1. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic fund transfers, depending on your location and availability.   

3.2. Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable, and access to Dope Legacy Academy is exclusively for the subscribed individual.   

3.3. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these billing terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active members through the contact information provided.   

3.4. Disputes: Any billing-related disputes should be addressed promptly by contacting our customer support team.
